The business submits its application through the KOSGEB system.
GO Dijital Wallet
The loan limit is assigned to the GO Dijital Wallet against collateral.
AWS Planning
The eligible AWS services and architecture covered by the loan are defined together with LimonCloud.
Service and Invoicing
The AWS service is procured through LimonCloud, and the related invoice is uploaded to the GO Dijital Wallet.
Invoice Review
For eligible expenses, the amount excluding VAT is released from the blocked loan.

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can apply for the KOSGEB Artificial Intelligence Loan?
SMEs that are registered in the KOSGEB system and have an up-to-date business declaration can apply. A valid Technology Entrepreneurship (Teknogirişim) Badge and a GO Dijital Wallet account are required on the application date.
What are the loan amount and repayment terms?
Each business can use an interest-free, commission-free loan of between 500,000 TL and 5,000,000 TL. The total term is 24 months, and the first 12 months are a grace period. Repayment is then made in 4 equal installments.
Is collateral required to use the loan?
Yes. A Definitive Letter of Guarantee is required for the loan to be transferred to the GO Dijital Wallet account as a blocked amount. The loan limit is determined by the amount of collateral provided, and the letter of guarantee must meet the program requirements.
Which AWS services can be used under the loan?
In addition to AI & Machine Learning, eligible AWS services in the Compute, Containers, Database, Storage, Analytics, Developer Tools, Management & Governance and Networking & Content Delivery categories are covered by the program.
Can AWS services purchased before loan approval be covered?
No. Invoices to be covered by the loan must be issued after the loan application is approved, so it is important to plan the procurement and invoicing of AWS services accordingly.
How does the invoicing and payment process work?
After the service is purchased, the invoice is uploaded to the GO Dijital Wallet. Following the eligibility review, the VAT-exclusive amount of the accepted expense is released from the blocked loan amount.
Do I apply for the loan through LimonCloud?
No. The official loan application is submitted through the KOSGEB system, and the process is run by KOSGEB/GO Dijital. As an AWS Premier Tier Services Partner, LimonCloud supports you in identifying eligible AWS services, planning the architecture and procuring AWS services.
