Dear Customers and Visitors,

As LİMON BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (LİMONCLOUD), the security of your personal data is our priority. In our capacity as Data Controller, and in line with our disclosure obligation under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we would like to inform you about the processes through which your personal data is processed.

1- Identity of the Data Controller

Under the KVKK, the “Data Controller” is LİMON BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, registered with the Istanbul Trade Registry under registration number 704000-0, with MERSIS number 0609104202400001, and headquartered at Cihannüma Mah. Hüsnü Savman Sok. No:40/9 Beşiktaş / Istanbul.

2- Your Personal Data, Method of Collection, Purposes of Processing and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected directly from you by electronic means through our website www.limoncloud.com, in connection with your visits, your product and service requests, your support requests, and the information you share in email correspondence.
If you purchase goods or services from LİMONCLOUD, or otherwise enter into a commercial or legal relationship with us, your data is processed as follows:

• Your identity data (name, surname, Turkish ID number) in particular, together with your contact data (email address, address and phone details), information about the products or services you purchase, and information about your payments, on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract and the fulfilment of the data controller’s legal obligations;
• Data relating to requests and complaints you submit by calling our call center, and your audio data due to the recording made during such calls, on the legal ground of our legitimate interests;
• Your professional data, consisting of the company you work for and your position, provided in the request form in the contact section of our website, on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, the fulfilment of the data controller’s legal obligations and/or our legitimate interests.

In addition, with respect to the products and services offered by LİMONCLOUD, the legal basis for personalized marketing activities will be your EXPLICIT CONSENT, and the legal basis for sending you commercial electronic messages containing advertisements, campaigns and promotions will be your communication permission. These permissions are requested from you separately in the relevant sections.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of:

Carrying out goods/service sales processes, after-sales support and maintenance services, and production and operation processes; carrying out finance and accounting activities; carrying out customer relationship management processes; carrying out customer satisfaction activities; carrying out advertising/campaign/promotion processes; providing information to authorized persons, institutions and organizations; following up on requests/complaints; conducting activities in compliance with the legislation; carrying out communication and information security activities; and fulfilling legal obligations.

3- Sharing and Transfer of Data

Due to the nature of its business, LİMONCLOUD mostly acts as an intermediary for the companies that provide the products in the services it offers to its customers. Since customers may from time to time receive services from companies established abroad, LİMONCLOUD informs the relevant persons that, because the service they receive is based abroad, their personal data may be processed by companies located abroad. LİMONCLOUD processes only the information of the person purchasing the service. However, where the service purchased is web hosting, cloud computing, physical/virtual server or email services, LİMONCLOUD cannot access and does not process personal data transferred directly by the relevant person to such areas, which are used entirely with that person’s own passwords. Within this framework, if the provider of the service requested directly by the customer is located abroad, LİMONCLOUD only brings the parties together, acts as an intermediary in the sale of the product/service, and invoices the customer for the service.

Since some of the products and services whose provision LİMONCLOUD intermediates are offered directly by business partners, LİMONCLOUD may, for certain services, redirect its customers directly to the website of the relevant service provider, or the user completes the purchase themselves directly through the relevant platform. In such transactions, LİMONCLOUD does not transfer any data to third parties, including business partners.

We never share your personal data outside the framework set by the Law. Provided that adequate and effective measures are taken in accordance with the security and confidentiality principles set out in the legislation, your personal data may be shared with public institutions or organizations authorized by law to request such data, and with the business partners and suppliers with whom we have agreements as required by our activities and from whom we receive services in order to provide you with products and services.

4- Your Rights Under the Law

As data subjects, pursuant to your rights under the Law, you may submit your requests regarding your personal data in writing, in accordance with the procedures and principles set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published by the Personal Data Protection Authority:

• to our postal address,
• to operasyon@limonhost.net, using the email address you have previously provided to our company and that is registered in our system, in a manner that allows your identity to be verified,
• via registered electronic mail (KEP).

If you submit your request to LİMONCLOUD, LİMONCLOUD will conclude it free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.

In this context, we would like to state that you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if your personal data has been processed; learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your personal data is transferred; request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed, and request that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and request that the action taken in this regard be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems; and claim compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
