Overview

DP World and Evyap Group have merged their ports, Yarımca and Evyapport, located on the shores of the Marmara Sea, to create a new logistics hub. This strategic merger aims to enhance customer experience and strengthen Turkey’s role as a key trade center.

Under the new operation, DP World Evyap, DP World will hold 58% of DP World Evyapport, while Evyap Group will have a 42% share in DP World Yarımca. DP World Yarımca will be renamed ‘DP World Evyap Yarımca,’ and Evyapport will become ‘DP World Evyap Körfez.’

Turkey remains a critical market and a significant trade hub in Europe. Over the past decade, both terminals have experienced substantial growth. The combination of DP World Yarımca’s modern terminal and Evyapport’s services will provide customers with comprehensive logistics solutions. The partnership will operate across five piers, offering over 2 km of quay length, a container capacity exceeding 2 million TEUs, and a liquid bulk capacity of more than 1.1 million tons. Problem Statement
