In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and our obligation to inform data subjects, we would like to inform you, in our capacity as the Data Controller, about the processing of your personal data. 1. Collection of Your Personal Data, Purposes of Processing, and Legal Basis Your personal data are collected directly from you through our website, including your website visits, purchases, website membership, support requests, and communications via email. If you purchase products or services from LIMONCLOUD or otherwise establish a commercial or legal relationship with us, we may collect and process your identity information (name, surname, Turkish ID number), contact information (email address, postal address, and telephone number), information relating to the products or services you purchase, financial information required for payment processing (credit card and banking details), and voice recordings when you contact our customer support services. Your personal data are collected electronically and processed pursuant to Article 5/2 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law for the establishment and performance of contracts, compliance with legal obligations, and the legitimate interests of LIMONCLOUD, provided that such processing does not violate your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where you authorize recurring monthly payments, your payment information will be processed throughout the duration of the contract for the purpose of automatically charging your credit card. Subject to your consent for electronic commercial communications, your personal data may also be processed for personalized marketing activities related to LIMONCLOUD products and services. Once the legal basis or processing purpose ceases to exist, your personal data will be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation. Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes: managing product and service sales processes, providing after-sales support and maintenance services, conducting production and operational activities, managing finance and accounting processes, managing customer relationship processes, conducting customer satisfaction activities, managing advertising, marketing, promotional, and campaign activities, providing information to authorized persons, institutions, and public authorities, managing requests and complaints, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, conducting communication and information security activities, and fulfilling legal obligations. 3. Explicit Consent If your personal data cannot be processed based on one of the legal grounds specified in Article 5/2 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, we will request your explicit consent as required by law. Likewise, your consent will be requested before sending you electronic commercial communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time. 4. Sharing and International Transfer of Personal Data Due to the nature of LIMONCLOUD’s business activities, we frequently act as an intermediary for products and services provided by third-party vendors. Where customers receive services from providers located outside Türkiye, LIMONCLOUD informs customers that their personal data may be processed by such foreign service providers. LIMONCLOUD processes only the information belonging to the customer purchasing the service. Where the purchased service consists of web hosting, cloud computing, physical or virtual servers, or email services, LIMONCLOUD cannot access or process the personal data stored by customers within these services, as such content remains under the exclusive control of the customer through their own credentials. Where the requested service is provided by a supplier located abroad, LIMONCLOUD merely facilitates the commercial relationship and invoices the customer accordingly. Where required by law, your explicit consent will be requested for the international transfer of your identity and contact information. Your personal data will never be shared beyond the scope permitted by applicable legislation. Subject to appropriate technical and organizational security measures, your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and authorities, business partners, service providers, and suppliers involved in the provision of products and services. 5. Your Rights Under the Law As a data subject, you may exercise your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law by submitting your requests in accordance with the procedures published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority. You may submit your requests by completing the Data Subject Application Form available on our website, by sending a written request to our registered address, by sending an email from an email address already registered in our systems to [operations@limonhost.net](mailto:operations@limonhost.net), or by using a Registered Electronic Mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, or mobile signature. LIMONCLOUD will respond to your request as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days, free of charge, unless the request requires additional costs, in which case the fee determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board may apply. Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data are being processed, request information regarding the processing of your personal data, learn the purposes of processing and whether your personal data are used in accordance with those purposes, learn the third parties to whom your personal data have been transferred domestically or internationally, request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring processing no longer exist and request that such actions be communicated to third parties to whom your data have been transferred, object to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal consequences concerning you, and request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
