LİMON BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİLERİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (LİMONCLOUD), as the Data Controller, creates records through its call center to respond to the requests and complaints of relevant persons regarding the products and services it offers for sale or acts as an intermediary for. In order to receive requests and complaints, address you correctly and provide you with information, it may be necessary to process the following information shared by you during the recorded phone call: “if you are a customer”, your name and surname, phone number, e-mail address, address, data relating to the products you have purchased, and the content of your request or complaint; “if you are not a customer”, your name, surname, phone number, and the content of your request or complaint and your product/service preferences. This data is obtained directly from you electronically. During the call, our voice AI assistant will accompany you, receive your request or complaint, and provide initial information. Your personal data is processed solely for the purposes stated herein. Apart from receiving your request and providing you with information based on our company records, our AI assistant does not carry out any other automated or manual data processing or decision-making activity. The legal basis for the data processing activity described herein is our legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Subject to all security measures being taken, your personal information may be shared with the suppliers from whom we receive services in order to provide the call center service. The legal bases are that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract and that it falls within our legitimate interests, provided that such processing does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

This information will be retained for a certain period in order to prove that your request or complaint was received and that you were informed of the outcome.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), you may apply to the Data Controller to exercise your statutory rights, such as learning whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, requesting information about it.
